Tim Nolan has worked with over 10,000 leaders and well over 100 organizations to help drive sustainably high levels of employee commitment, engagement, performance, and retention. In addition to his accomplished consulting career, Tim also worked for 3 years as a middle school teacher. He applied his experience in the school system to release his latest book, The Essential Handbook for Highly Effective School Leaders, which dozens of school districts have used. Tim is passionate about helping school leaders create empowering, positive, and supporting environments to align with the needs of today’s teachers. He has also created the Highly Effective School Leaders Program.
Tim has graduate degrees in human services, psychology and a Doctor of Education in performance improvement leadership.
