The Leadership Learning Experience is a multi-module leadership development journey, offered over the course of the school year, that builds executive-level capacity. Each module combines evidence-based frameworks, action research, and embedded coaching to translate leadership theory into measurable changes in practice.
Team Synergy
Team Synergy is an immersive leadership development experience where Cognia engages leadership teams in a process to strengthen team dynamics through trust-building, shared expectations, accountability, mindset, and synergy. The program incorporates personality and strength assessments, interactive challenges, and scenario-based problem-solving.
Superintendent Board Leadership Summit
The Superintendent Board Leadership Summit is an interactive leadership experience to support coherent, courageous, and future-ready leadership. Regional summits promote alignment on system goals and priorities, leadership through conflict and pressure, and trust and communication within leadership teams.
Continuous Improvement & Accreditation Board Training
Training for boards seeking to understand their roles and responsibilities in their system’s continuous improvement process. This training can occur at any stage of the continuous improvement journey, whether in preparation for an engagement review, after their report identifies areas for improvement, or during a time of conflict or complex challenges.

Does my school or system have to be accredited to leverage Cognia’s leadership offerings?
The Continuous Improvement & Accreditation Board Training is only offered to Cognia Accredited schools or schools seeking Cognia Accreditation. All of our other leadership offerings are available to school and system leaders, regardless of their accreditation status. Our leadership offerings align with Cognia Performance Standards to help both accredited and non-accredited schools meet continuous improvement goals.
