Dr. Jeff Rose is a forward-thinking and mission-driven educational leader with 25 years of experience. He served as a three-time superintendent, assistant superintendent, elementary and high school principal, and classroom teacher. His superintendencies included Canby, Oregon (a small rural community), Beaverton, Oregon (a diverse suburban district with 40,000 students), and Fulton County, Georgia (Atlanta area, 100,000 students). In 2019, he founded and served as CEO of Leading Ed, a collaborative community of superintendents and their executive teams. In 2021, Dr. Rose and his work with educational leaders became part of Cognia, where he continued to support school and system leaders across the country. At Cognia, he applied his deep expertise to help education professionals navigate challenges, strengthen leadership capacity, and promote continuous improvement.
