Use eleot 3.0 with confidence
Our eleot 3.0 Certified Practitioner Course is an optional self-paced, online course that helps Cognia members strengthen their understanding of eleot indicators, practice consistent ratings through calibration activities, and demonstrate proficiency through a video-based final exam. Most participants complete the course in two weeks.
The course costs $250 per person. To register:
1. Log in to the Cognia Improvement Platform
2. In the left margin, select Tool Training
3. In the search bar, search and select eleot Certified Practitioner
4. Choose your purchase option:
Purchase one seat for yourself: Click Enroll and follow the prompts.
Purchase multiple seats for your organization:
- Make sure colleagues have activated their Cognia Improvement Platform account before registering them.
- If they don’t have an account, you can send them an invitation by following the steps to “Add leaders” under the “Three steps to get started” section on the “Getting Started” page.
- Click Add to Cart, select the number of seats you would like to purchase, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
- Use your colleagues’ emails to assign the training in the catalog.
