Embedded into the company’s culture is the phrase: Cognia Cares. It’s our way of showing support for each other and the communities we live in. Cognia sponsors company-wide volunteer efforts like our annual Cognia Walks challenge and other activities that encourage employees to give back to their communities in meaningful ways to support the causes that matter most to them. Our employees’ impact has been far-reaching—from raising money for local cancer research institutes to building media centers in South Africa.

Big Brothers Big Sisters enables children to align potential with purpose through advocacy and mentorship. Cognia looks forward to supporting the Big Little tournament every year to raise awareness, strengthen communities, and funding to help kids realize their future in this global world.
Established in 1995 to reconstruct the Atlanta Eastlake neighborhood, this foundation has taken an underserved community and revitalized it to become an active and dynamic place for families to live. Cognia’s support, along with other sponsors of the Tour Championship, has raised more than 42 million dollars to invest in the Eastlake neighborhood.
The Matthew E. Russell Foundation believes that reading is a fundamental skill that makes all other learning possible for students. Cognia along with other sponsors and volunteers, has supported the foundation's creation of ten media center libraries packed with e-readers and primary-aged books in the rural communities in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.
Cognia has been a long supporter of the Granite State Challenge. The program gives academically talented students a stage to highlight and receive the same recognition as their athletic peers. Their platform also serves as an educational resource for parents, schools, and students.
Through our annual Cognia Walks campaign, we support No Kid Hungry’s programmatic efforts to ensure each and every child has a nutritional meal throughout the school year and in the summer. With over 9 million youth facing hunger every year, Cognia believes that every child should have a healthy meal to thrive inside and outside the classroom.
The official charity of the Boston Red Sox is geared toward improving and making a difference for veterans, families, and the lives of youth. With sponsors like Cognia, the Foundation supports a number of programs, such as the Red Sox Scholars Program and RBI Youth Baseball and Softball, which uses these sports as vehicles to teach teamwork, leadership, and respect.
This organization raises awareness and funding for pediatric research. Cognia’s support and participation is aimed at ensuring that each and every child has the best possible outcome to live long and healthy lives.
With comprehensive programming, Usher’s New Look aims to help transform the lives of teens who can change the world.
